I would suggest day trips to Split, Krka National Park, and maybe get out to Hvar or Bol on another day.

1st day-Trogir

2nd day- boat trip to Split

3rd day-national pak Krka

4th day-day trip top islan Drvenik with a ferry from Trogir/ ferry from Split to Hvar

5th day-Primošten or Šibenik or enjoy a da in Trogir

You will love the town, it is very small and it takes Yoou half hour to go all around. It is full of narrow streets, and it is the charm of the town to get lost in it. For anything mor I can do, I am here for You,

Hi. My family and I just returned from a week stay in Croatia. We spent only 2 days in Trogir and would have loved to have more!!! You will love it! Since we only had two days we did not travel much from Trogir but we did go to Krka National park which was a highlight of our trip as well! You have many options once you get to the park but you can spend as little as 2 hours up to 8+ depending on what you would like to do there. To visit the island monestary would take a good 4+ hours so we did not get to do that but I am sure it would have been fantastic. We went into the park where there is a long winding path through the woods past various small ponds, lakes, and small falls which finally led to the main falls. Beautiful. Not sure how the weather will be in October but the day we were there was 30+ and it felt great to swim at the base of the falls. (Mid-July and the water was freezing still, but invigorating). The route from Trogir to Krka is beautiful and you do pass many quaint cities. We did stop at Primosten which some have mentioned. Well worth the stop. Charming and fun to just walk around the old city. If you want to you can take a quick swim as well. Worth walking up to the church at the top of the hill and look out over the water! (Don%26#39;t forget that if you are in beach clothes you won%26#39;t be able to enter the church)

You will not be disappointed in Trogir we loved it!!!!!
