We are going to stay in Rabac at the end of August. Can anyone tell me how easy it is to travel around Croatia by bus? e.g. to Pula, Rovinj and Labin. Many thanks.

those places you mentioned are no distance ,
get yourself a rental car a day or two and explore istria on your own .
a medium large car is 300 kuna/day .
