travelling between bol and hvar

I am staying in bol in september and then moving on to hvar for a week.I cannot find a ferry service that does this route or do i have to go back to split and then on to hvar?

You can go from Bol to Jelsa by catamaran(www.jadrolinija.hr) and then proceed by bus to Hvar.

Some posters said that they used the service of excursion ships Bol-Hvar town taking just one direction. Once there you can check if it works.
