Hi everyone! Three girlfriends and I are traveling for the first time to Eastern Europe, visiting only Croatia and Prague. We%26#39;ve heard the beaches in Croatia are gorgeous, and so visiting Croatia for specifically that reason. We only have about 3 nights in Croatia.
Where does everyone recommend we stay? Which part of Croatia? Which hotel? I%26#39;ve heard it%26#39;s best to stay in Dubrovnik for both the culture/city and the beaches.

The website Jelsa gave is a very good site. I don%26#39;t think you could go wrong with picking Dubrovnik, but there are other nice places too. You might want to take a look at Zlatni Rat Beach in Bol on the island of Brac. I really liked that beach!

I agree with what was said above...you cant go wrong anywhere. We stayed in Bol, a stone%26#39;s throw from Zlatni Rat and it was wonderful. Any of the islands will afford you wonderful opportunities. We also found the beach on the far side of Lokrum in Dubrovnik harbor to be a hidden jewel. It is a 10 minute trip out there from the Dubrovnik harbor but seems liek a world away.
