Zadar to Ljubjana by Car

Hello all,

I am driving from Zadar to Ljubljana and i%26#39;m wondering how long this will take?

Some websites say three and a half hours however this appears unrealisic as they also say it takes three hours to travel to Rijeka from Zadar and this appears much closer on the map.

Can anyone confirm that it only takes three and a half hours to travel from Zadar to Ljubljana?

yes, it takes around 3.5hrs (if you take highway, of course)

You are in vacations , I suppose, so don%26#39;t take highway the whole route, stop at Plitvice Lakes, or go along the coast, see Senj, then climb to Lika and to Gorski Kotar, so many nice landscapes etc

Good advice to take the coastal road for part of the trip, unless you are in a hurry.
