Can anyone highly recommend a hotel or apartment to stay in for three nights in September?
I%26#39;m looking for somewhere is a lively-ish part of town which is not too expensive (ideally less than €100 a night). A nice view would be a bonus. I have already tried the Stari Grad in the old town but that is fully booked for my dates.
Any help GREATLY appreciated!

I really should think about getting a commission from the owenr of this place, I have recommended it so much, but it really is the perfect apartment in Dubrovnik. right outside the Ploce Gate, a view of the city and the harbor (gorgeous view), in your price range, and very well appointed. From what I have seen, it would be hard to have a nicer place. I just hope it doesnt get so popular that I can%26#39;t stay there when we return next time!

Thanks. Looks great. Which of the apartments do you particularly suggest?

We stayed in Apartment Silva, which is the one that has all the views of the harbor and the city. Her other one is in the old town itself. I am guessing there are no views, but it is probably a unique experience in itself.

Unfortunately, Silva is booked out. Can anyone suggest a reasonably priced hotel or apartment near the old town in dubrovnik? Thanks in advance
