OK%26lt; this may seem silly, but i love eggplant and have found it in every country. Does Croatia serve any wonderful dishes of eggplant? I do hope so. In Greece and Turkey, i had it EVERY day...thanks

In Croatia we call it melancani or balancani or patliđani.
Now is the season, we prepare them in various ways, I am sure that in September the restaurants will still have them in the menu.
