I left a review of this hotel a couple of weeks ago which was an honest considered opinion.
About a week later I received an offensive and abusive email from the owner of the hotel. I also understand that this has happened to one other reviewer who also received an offensive email.
I had already decided that I would not stay at this hotel again and after receiving the email from the owner have now told as many people as humanly possible about the failings of the Hotel Derossi.
The hotel does have the potential to be really good on all counts but the attitude of the owner will need to change considerebly and an ability to receive and act on feedback is essential when you invite the paying public into your %26#39;home%26#39;.
Has anyone else had any other experiences like this?
