Venice to Croatia

How do we get from Venice to Croatia? Can we rent a car at ferry landing in Croatia for travel to Dubrovnik? (June %26#39;09)

Look into taking a catamaran from Venice to a Croatian city such as Porec, Pula or Rovinj---

I would venture to say that you could rent a car when you get to any of those cities, then make the long drive to Dubrovnik.

You can also take the train from Venice to Zagreb, it depends where you want to go. The train journey to Zagreb is 8 hours.

If you want to see the coastline, then yes, the ferry from Venice to Porec, Pula etc is a great way to go.

They go from Venice to Pula, Porec, Rovinj, Mali Losinj it seems.

I think there%26#39;s another company that does it too, but not completely sure.
