Hi
We%26#39;re taking our 18-month old Son to Croita for the last week in September and first week in October. We%26#39;re flying to Dubrovnik but we%26#39;re heard the beaches are not great for families and it%26#39;s best to stay on an island near by. BUT WHICH ONE and can anyone recommend suitable accomodation. I%26#39;ve been googling but am lost with all the information.
Many thanks in advance.
Cheers
Claire

Best beaches for a toddler are probably on Lopud. Sunj beach is gently shelving sand and is about 15 - 20 min walk from the village. The village beach is smaller and tends to be more of a mix of gravel stones and sand. No cars is a big plus.

I think that is good advice to go to Lopud. You will be on a nice island with a sand beach and also very very close to Dubrovnik.
