Apartment Ruzmarin in Dubrovnik

Has anyone stayed in Apartment Ruzmarin in Dubrovnik?

Hi There.

Have just returned from staying at this appartment. It is in the ideal location - a mins walk (up a couple of flights of stone steps!) from the main drag of Place (Stradun)

The appartment was immaculate. Plenty of room for two people, air con, cable tv and a mini kitchenette. We used our own picnic set with us (I would not have been keen to use the plates etc there...a little grimy...)

The only bugbare is how noisy the floor above was - footsteps were deafening!!

On the plus side the couple who own the appartment I believe own the whole 3 floors - The Husband was living on the top floor to oversee the appartments (I think there were 2) and he could not have been more helpful.

We stayed 2 days before travelling into Montenegro. Upon returning to Dubrovnik a few days later we texted them and they were kind enough to find us somewhere else to stay as they were booked up.
