We are flying to Dubrovnik and not intending on getting a car, is the best way to get to Hvar to get the ferry from Dubrovnik to Stali then a bus to Hvar?
What are the best places to go at night?
Are there any decent places to go fishing?
Is there a fish market? I want to eat nice fish imo.

With limited ferry options from Dubrovnik I would suggest that you take the bus from Dubrovnik to Split and then take the catamaran from Split to Hvar Town.

No fish markets at the Arsenale but the fish is available at all good cafes at resonable bucks but do not order fish without knowing the price.

wd t. Beware ordering fish, it%26#39;s often pretty good but can%26#39;t really be compared to pig. I%26#39;ve never encountered crackling on a fish, for example.
