Hi,
We want to travel from Hvar to Dubrovnik on a Wednesday and unfortunately the ferries only seem to go on a Tuesday and Saturday.
Therefor we have decided to get a ferry from Sucuraj to Drvenik and hope to get a bus in Drvenik to Dubrovnik
Would anybody have any bus information for this route %26#39;Drvenik to Dubrovnik%26#39;?
Many Thanks,

And how do you intend to come from Hvar to Sucuraj? The bus runs on Mondays and Fridays only -at noon.
The simplest is the ferry to Split and then bus to Dubrovnik.

Agreed that your best bet would be to take the ferry to Split, or catamaran if you don%26#39;t have a car, and then take a bus to Dubrovnik from Split.

Thanks for the responses and information.
We were hoping to avoid having to back up to Split to make a long bus journey back down to Dubrovnik.
Didn%26#39;t realise that the bus services from Hvar town to Sucuraj were so limited to just twice a week.
What is the distance from Hvar town to Sucuraj?
Perhaps the better option for us is to leave Hvar a day earlier and get the ferry from Hvar to Dubrovnik on a Tuesday. Do you know how long that ferry takes?

Hvar town -Sucuraj is not so many km , I think 70-80, but it lasts more than 1h 30min by car due to the narrow and winding road from Jelsa to Sucuraj.
The ferry Stari Grad(there is a bus from Hvar to ferry port)-Dubrovnik takes some 7-8 hours, with a stop in Korcula. Rather long, but if you like walking and/or taking suntan on the deck of the ship and look at the beautiful lanscapes(sea and islands), you will enjoy it.
