holiday planning

Hi, thinking of Croatia for a 10 day holiday next Easter holidays (planning ahead!).

We are a couple in our 30%26#39;s looking for a good base (or even 2) to see the best Croatia has to offer. Somewhere that has somewhere to go in the evenings (bars, restuarants), lots of things to do/explore but also looking to spend some time relaxing. I don%26#39;t think it%26#39;s going to be warm enough for the beach in April? Happy to drive between bases but public transport preferred.

any recommendations?

also what will the weather be like at that time of year (April)?

There is a possibility for swimming in April if you go to the south Adria to some sandy beaches with shallow sea. The last couple of seasons we started to swimm around the first of May(%26quot;thanks%26quot; to the global weather changes).

You will be able to see more if with a car than with public transport, especially on the islands.

Reading the posts in this forum you will easily realize which are %26quot;the must sees%26quot; although there are many beautifull places that are rarely mentioned here.

AS you are coming from relative vicinity, there is no need to make all the parts of Croatia this time.
