I have seven nights in Croatia beginning September 16. I have reservations for the first three nights in Dubrovnik and the last two nights in Split. I was hoping to visit two islands in between (two out of three of Hvar, Brac, and Vis), but now I%26#39;m worried that it won%26#39;t be possible to do two one-night stays with the ferry schedule and that perhaps I should just do one of the three islands. Any advice would be much appreciated!!

You can easily travel between Hvar or Brac from Split.
Korcula can be reached by bus from Dubrovnik, then you can possibly catch a ferry to Split OR Stari Grad on Hvar.
Check jadrolinija website for more specifics.
I would recommend two nights on Korcula OR Hvar, or one night on each if the ferry schedule works out.

so you have two nights for another place? It does get tough with the ferry schedules to be sure, on top of that getting from Dubrovnik up to central Dalmatia is a half day trip at best (by bus or car) and a full day by ferry. If you are spending two days in Split, you may consider taking a day trip out of Split to one of the islands (Vis perhaps?) and spending two nights on either Hvar or Brac. Either would be enjoyable. Also, you can go between Hvar and Brac on the cata so you could pick one and do a day trip to the other, therby getting to see all three. I stayed in Bol (on Brac) for three nights with the intention of visiting Hvar, but to be honest relaxing was more important. I would do your research and not worry about which island you are picking...they all have their charms and will be worth it. But you do have to pay attention to ferry schedules.
