Arriving at the Rijeka rail station and going the next day on the ferry. Any recommendations? Is the Neboder Hotel within walking distance to both places?

Hotel Neboder is within walking distance to the ferries, but if you will be with a lot of luggage take a taxi, it is unlike in Dalmatia very cheap.
Hotel Bonavia is nearer to the railway station and to the ferries as well.
You could walk it all if there will be enough time to include coffee and/or lunch break, shopping and if it will not be raining.
