Three guys in Dubrovnik - hotel recommendation

Hi.

I%26#39;m in the process of booking a last minute holiday with two friends for one week departing this Friday and we%26#39;ve settled upon Dubrovnik.

We%26#39;re looking to get a fair amount of kayaking and other activities done during the day, but ideally would like a reasonable hotel with a pool to relax in and preferably within walking/staggering distance of the main bars.

Would prefer not to spend too much on the hotel as we intend to be out and about most of the time.

Any ideas greatly appreciated!
