Nautica and Gil%26#39;s come to mind... Hilton has a fantastic restaurant. Proto would be my first choice in Old Town

I would have to say Sesame, and I hear reservations are a must these days. Also Kamenice for oysters.

Nautica and Proto are the best restaurants in Dubrovnik! You will get a quality of meal and service.

Orhan and Proto are my favourites - excellent regional cuisine (and I%26#39;m picky as a chef). Nautica can be overpriced and pretentious and the food isn%26#39;t the greatest. It is overrated in my opinion. I%26#39;ve heard the same thing from many people in the last two years or so.
