We are planning a holiday in Trogir and Plitvice. Could someone give me an idea of whether the walking in Plitvice is easy or difficult. A number of people have referred to hiking, and given I have a problem with damage to the peripheral nerves in my feet, caused by chemotherapy treatment, this concerns me a bit. The walking would need to be fairly easy. Thanks for any advice!

Lucky you! Trogir and Plitvice are both gorgeous.
I would consider the walking at Plitvice to be easy. There is one section at the beginning where you have to go down a bit but much of the walking is on boardwalks and groomed trails. You can also choose different lengths of walks, ranging from a couple of hours to a good solid day. There are bus stops as well as sections you can take ferries. I certainly would not call it hiking by any stretch! I have arthritis in my knees and back and am fine.
Enjoy your wonderful trip!
