Hi have been reading up on these apts,like the sound of them but unsure about the bathroom situation,does anyone know if you have to share the bathrooms and kitchen facilities or can you hire out the rooms to have the bathroom and kitchen as your own thanks.

Hi,
I have just replied to a similar question from someone else;
We stayed at Villa Andro this summer and it was very good.
The Apartments are totally private and we stayed on the top floor with great views. it has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms plus kitchen and its own entrance.
Not sure of the layout of the balcony apartment but I think it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus sitting room / 3rd bedroom with Sky TV like the apartment we stayed in.
The location is perfect right on the seafront but still quiet and everywhere is within 10 mins walk, ideal for a relaxing holiday but easy to get Dubrovnik by boat or bus.
Andrusko and Tania are the perfect hosts and could not be more helpful.
