We currently are working with Jay at JayWay Travel for a trip for a family of 10 this summer. I have spoken with him several time on the phone and he has been most helpful in arranging our somewhat tedius group arrangements. I%26#39;ve also done some extensive searching to see what I could come up with on him outside of tripadvisor.com and contacted some of the names I came up with. We have not traveled with him yet but so far I am pleased with the service. I ran across these interviews which I think you might find interesting:

we just got back from a trip using Jay, he helped alot, setting up accomodations for us in Croatia and Budapest as well as booking a flight for us. We were able to change some plans mid trip and worked out those details for us. I%26#39;d recommend using him for travel.

JayWay Travel was awesome! They made the Croatia part of our Europe trip effortless. He worked very hard with me from January through June to get all the details for our family trip (4 couples) buttoned down. He did a great job of recommending accomodations and setting everything up. It was like setting up our own private tour for 10 people (instead of joining one with 50 or so). His representative Ana was a doll and checked in on us thourgh out the trip to make sure all was going smoothly. We only had one accomodation incident and it was handled very quickly and efficiently and we were all very happy. Thank you JayWay for a great trip. If we return to Europe in a county that he represents we will definitely use his services again!
P.s. I%26#39;m a real person not just a plug. If you want details on where we went and how the process with Jay went I can give you my email address here in Seattle, WA and will be happy to go into more details.
