I will be visiting Croatia between 1st-13th October and would be very grateful if you could help me with answers to any of the following:
1)I will be arriving at Zadar aiport on the Ryan Air flight which gets in at 20.35. Will there be a bureau de change in the airport? What time does it close?
2)Will there be buses running from the aiport into Zadar? What time do they leave?
3)As I will be visiting the Plitivice Lakes the following day, I would like to stay in a location that will be convenient for the bus to Plitivice. Please can you suggest somewhere? My partner and I are looking for an inexpensive double room with bathroom. How much will this cost?
4)Where do we take the bus from to Plitivice? Do you have a timetable? Do we need to buy tickets in advance?
5) We have heard that it is difficult to board the bus with luggage as the drivers do not like to take you. Is this true? We will have two suitcases and some additional bags.
6) As we will be carrying our luggage, we would like to know the best stop at which to alight when we get to Plitivice. We would also like to know the closest inexpensive accommodation and how much it will cost for a double room with bath.
7)How much is the entry to Plitivice?
8)We will be leaving Plitivice on 4th October and want to get to Hvar the same day. Can you tell us the easiest way to do this? I have looked at the Winter 2008 ferry timetables but find it difficult to understand them.
9)We want to leave Hvar on 8th October. Will transport be affected by the fact that it%26#39;s Croatian Independence Day?
10) Can you suggest any interesting onward destinations from Hvar? We need to be back in Zadar by the afternoon of 13th October.
11) My partner is vegetarian so any suggestions for restaurants/dishes to order would be very much appreciated.
Sorry for all the questions. Thank you very much for your help!

5) False
6) Remind the driver to stop at park entrance. For the rest see 3)
7) about 1530 Japanese Yen
8) Ferry sails at 20:30
9) Yes.It runs as per Sunday/Holiday schedule
10) Split,Trogir %26amp; Krka National park
11) Every restaurant has more or less different veggies to offer.Specialized/exclusive no-meaters are rare

To enter in the National Park costs 70 kune (about 10 euro www.np-plitvicka-jezera.h, there is a page in English.
You can sleep at Hotel JEZERO or pensione MUKINJA.
I don%26#39;t think that you can find any vegetarian restaurant, you%26#39;ll have to choose the things you may eat in menù.

Thanks, Kefa and Tamelano - your tips are much appreciated. Think I might try and find a hostel in Zadar as it%26#39;s only one night, but still wondering about Plitivice minus car. The hotels inside the park are way too expensive for me, so will have to try to find something walkable to nearby. Carla033
