Korcula to Dubrovnik - Monday Sept 29

Hello all,

We were planning on travelling from Korcula to Dubrovnik on Monday - Sept 29. I%26#39;m having issues trying to find ferries travelling on that day. Is the 6:45 bus my only option?

There are no ferries to Duborvnik on that day so I am afraid that is your only option unless you book with a local company called Korkyra who have a mini-bus service which leaves Korcula at 8.00am and takes you direct to Dubrovnik dropping you off where you wish. They also collect you from wherever you are staying in Korcula.

You do have to book in advance so either e-mail him or go into his office in Korcula at least 3 days before i.e. before the 26th of September.

It is a very good service and many of my friends and relatives visiting me have used this service coming/leaving Korcula for Dubrovnik

There are some local wine stores where you can try wine but think you will have to go over to the mainland (Orebic) for wine tour - check with Korkyra as they also arrange tours and they may have a wine tasting tour - Vlado is very helpful and he will assist you all he can - maybe even take you to a winery himself - he has taken other guests on days out in past to various destinations in his own car - they are not an expensive company - I would say they are the cheapest in Korcula - maybe it is the fact that it is a small company and locally owned.
