i want to express how wonderful the food and ambience of the villa kaliopa is...i am a chef in america, and this was truely an experience. the food of local fresh shrimp, and pasta in the most romantic setting of bamboo and palm trees. the staff is wonderful. they are very knowledgeable, friendly and ended up swaying to the wonderful music. i can only say that we have eaten in many places in the world and i will never forget my night at the villa kaliopa....thanks to very one there...and we will eat there again tonite.
to all the other posters, i will write a more detailed post of our experience. i can only say that croatia will be in my dreams
