what license, form, ect is needed to sail around croatia

we are planning a sail trip for 6 of us to sail around the islands. what forms are necessary to skipper the boat yourself?? thanks

Think that in this case one of the passengers must own a skipper permit (radio operating permit). It counts how long the boat is too, so please check this out with the charter company. I remember I read this summer that sailing on your own (without a skipper) is not coplicated regulationwise.

My understanding is that one of you must be qualified and there can be some rigidity about what is acceptable. Check in depth before you book.
