Im considering 2 weeks in Dubrovnik for my honeymoon at the end of may. Is there enough there to keep you entertained for 2 weeks?
Is there many bars / restaurants - good night life?
Any luxury hotels (preferrabley on a beach!)

I would say that there are many places that you could go to for entertainment for two weeks. I think Croatia would be a great destination for a honeymoon.

I would say Coratia is a great place for a honeymoon at the end of may. I spent mine there early June last year. However, you specifically mentioned Dubrovnik for two weeks. That would not be the best idea. If you are flying into Dubrovnik, I would suggest a few days there, followed by a trip up the coast to the islands. Places like Korcula, Hvar, Brac, Vis, and mainland areas like Makraska, Split and Trogir. Two weeks will allow you plenty of time to pick a few of those and really enjoy yourself. If you can fly out of Split, all the better, but even if you have to head back to Dubrovnik, you could really make it work well. This forum has a lot of suggestions on places in Dalmatia. I would start with the ones I mentioned and maybe some other people have other ideas. I would also be happy to share my 2 week itinerary from last year if you PM me. Good luck. Croatia would be a great choice.

I think Dubrovnik would be a lovely place for a honeymoon, but I agree with tmacew - 2 weeks might be too much. It would be fine if you just want to really chill out, but otherwise it might be worth considering staying in another location for the second week or go island hopping like tmacew suggested.
We were looking for a relaxed holiday with a few things to do and stayed in Old Town for 12 days in mid September. We%26#39;d had a very busy year and needed to chill out so it suited us (we did day trips, etc), but under normal circumstances I think 12 days would have been too long for us.
We found it too quiet at night. We didn%26#39;t want buzzing night life but it was too quiet even for us. There were a few lively bars but most were very quiet and they were practically empty mid-week. I%26#39;m sure its busier during the summer but I don%26#39;t know if May is still a bit early for high season.
We stayed in Old Town so maybe Lapad might have better nightlife? At least it will have a hotel on a beach - there aren%26#39;t any around Old Town.

Like others I think 2 weeks in Dubrovnik is too long. I would stay 3 nights at the Dubrovnik Hilton just outside the main gates for some luxury, then get the ferry to Korcula or up to Split (takes all day) then visit Hvar, Vis and Brac where you will find lots of beaches. i just think Dubrvonik is much more than beaches.
